Again, mother of the birthday girl didn't want to have any fondant. So I tried to ice the dress to mimic how tulle will look and added sparkles to it by flicking my brush. Can you see the bling?

Looks Awesome! What tools did you use to make the grass and on the dress? I have the Pampered Chef Batter Bowl, I can use that, what recipe did you follow? I love it, it looks great! How many people did it feed?
